Digital Map of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic

As National Consultant under the UNDP Aid for Trade project (phase V) I was engaged to develop a digital map for the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic. The map brings together open information on the rules of the border regime and the border zone in Kyrgyz, Russian and English and is designed for citizens, government agencies, tourism businesses and tourists.

The assignment covered requirements and data collection with the State Border Service, a prototype of the page structure and navigation, development of the map with a mobile version, integration into the official SBS website, training and user guides for staff, a month of technical support, and a version for the Department of Tourism website discoverkyrgyzstan.org.
