GIS support for basin planning: detailed maps and schemes for River Basin Plans, thematic mapping, data management and quality control of GIS software.
Activities performed
- Supported the Project Implementation Department and the State Water Resources Agency in developing detailed maps and schemes for inclusion in Basin Plans
- Developed thematic maps
- Maintained all data, ensuring its regular updating and quality control
- Worked with modelling specialists and provided the GIS information required for modelling
- Edited and modelled vector data
- Participated in the development of an interactive platform for the project “Improving Agricultural Productivity and Nutrition”
- Performed quality control of software products, including websites, GIS applications and mobile applications
- Developed custom scripts for devices operating on various operating systems
- Used automated testing and recorded identified errors
